Great opportunity: we are hiring a tailor machinist in McKinley County, New Mexico. The role involves: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Part-time with flexible hours.
