You should have: • Own set of hand tools • Physically fit for lifting heavy parts Day to day you will trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems; carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing; estimate repair costs and order the right parts; replace brake pads, discs and callipers; read fault codes and clear them after the repair.
