Immediate opening: we are hiring a bricklayer in Ife South, Osun State. The job is on a busy housing site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding Day-to-day duties: • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
