Urgent requirement: dish pit attendant (Enugu State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Aninri, Enugu State. You will work in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar 6+ years on the tools preferred.
