Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Warren County, New Jersey. The job is in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
