Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams The role involves take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting.
