Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Stafford County, Virginia. The job is in a tool room. The role involves: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
