Urgent requirement: horizontal milling machine operator (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Bibb County, Georgia. The job is in a die and mould making unit. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day to day you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
