Vacancy available: fabricator-welder (New Jersey)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Warren County, New Jersey. You will work in a heavy engineering unit. On the job you will handle: • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
