Great opportunity: tandoor cook (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Franklin County, North Carolina. You will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $120 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
