Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
