Join our team: we are hiring an automobile mechanic in Fulton County, Illinois. You will be based in a fleet maintenance depot. Your main tasks: • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear Requirements: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Confident using diagnostic scan tools Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
