Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Wilcox County, Alabama. Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
