Powder coating sprayer • Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State. You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 1+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
