We are recruiting: elevator repair technician (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Mason County, Michigan. You will work on a lift modernisation project. Day to day you will respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; measure rope tension and check for broken strands. You should have: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance 5+ years on the tools preferred.
