Powder spray gun operator — Hancock County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Hancock County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
