Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Atakunmosa West, Osun State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading.
