Kitchen cook — Mono County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Mono County, California. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks 1+ years on the tools preferred.
