Steam press operator — Van Buren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steam press operator in Van Buren County, Arkansas. The job is at a dry cleaner's. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory On the job you will handle: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press 5+ years on the tools preferred.
