Cnc production machinist wanted in Thayer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Thayer County, Nebraska. You will work in a tool room. Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Rotating shifts.
