The role involves: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
