Immediate opening: formwork carpenter (Tennessee)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Greene County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) What we are looking for: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
