Render and set plasterer • Vale of Glamorgan, Wales

Immediate opening: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Vale of Glamorgan, Wales. You will work on a commercial fit-out project. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites On a typical shift you will check walls for plumb and level as you go; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. 5+ years on the tools preferred. We offer £2,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
