Halal butcher wanted in Scotland County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Scotland County, North Carolina. You will work at a halal meat counter. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
