Now hiring: we are hiring a tig welder in Ekiti South-West, Ekiti State. You will be based at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Day-to-day duties: • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Full-time, day shift.
