Now hiring: we are hiring a gardener in Wyoming County, Pennsylvania. On a typical shift you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings. You should have: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules 3+ years on the tools preferred.
