Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Morgan County, Alabama. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection On the job you will handle: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish 2+ years on the tools preferred.
