Now hiring: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Wheeler County, Georgia. You will be based in a chemical processing unit. You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements You will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits.
