Precision welder • Goshen County, Wyoming

We are recruiting: we are hiring a precision welder in Goshen County, Wyoming. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection The role involves: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
