Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Lauderdale County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
