Road roller operator • Wahkiakum County, Washington

Now hiring: we are hiring a road roller operator in Wahkiakum County, Washington. You will be based at a road-building project. Day to day you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
