Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Stafford County, Virginia. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
