Power float operator wanted in City of Alexandria

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power float operator in City of Alexandria, Virginia. You will be based on a building construction site. The role involves mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Requirements: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
