The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
