Immediate opening: deboner (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Wayne County, North Carolina. You will work in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
