Toolroom milling operator wanted in Philadelphia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Overtime paid at a premium rate.
