Powder coating line operator — Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Lower Connecticut River Valley Planning Region, Connecticut. You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
