Bread baker — City of York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in City of York, England. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
