On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Season and marinate meat on request • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
