Vacancy available: split AC fitter (Northern Ireland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Newry Mourne and Down, Northern Ireland. The job is at a refrigeration and cooling firm. On the job you will handle: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them You should have: • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer £17 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
