Vacancy available: gas installation technician (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas installation technician in McKean County, Pennsylvania. You will work in customers' homes and kitchens. On the job you will handle: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
