Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Henry County, Indiana. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
