Container truck driver wanted in Wapello County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a container truck driver in Wapello County, Iowa. You will be based at a container freight yard. Requirements: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Valid digital tachograph card • Confident with manual handling and load securing The role involves couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; report defects and book the unit in for servicing; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
