Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Garland County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • A good head for heights for tower crane work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
