Stainless steel welder wanted in Addison County

Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Addison County, Vermont. You will work at a stainless steel fabrication shop. Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
