Powder coating technician wanted in Hancock County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Hancock County, Tennessee. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
