We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The job is in a bread factory. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Full-time, day shift.
