Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs 1+ years on the tools preferred.
