We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Jones County, Mississippi. You should have: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs The role involves: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Run load and overload tests with test weights Six days a week, one day off.
