You will wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Full-time with occasional weekends.
